A Member representing Ijumu constituency at Kogi state House of Assembly, Hon Olusola Kilani has empowered his constituents with grinding machine and cash donation of money to the widows across Ijumu local government.
Hon Kilani who succeeded Hon Omofaiye in Kogi state House of assembly election has taken an aggressive approach toward ameliorating the financial burdens of his constituents.
Kilani recently offset school fees bill of eighty (80) students in his Ayere community and gave out five thousand naira (5,000) each to widows in his community.
As a philanthropist, Kilani said his mission for venturing into politics is to touch lives and play his own quotas in the bid to discourage poverty in his constituency.
While sharing the cash and grinding machine to the beneficiaries at Iyara the local government secretariat, Kilani urged his constituents to keep on supporting him and the government of Gov. Yahaya Bello for them to keep enjoying more of the dividends of democracy.
The beneficiaries of the empowerment cut across the 79 polling units across the wards in the local government.
